The candidate must keep work records and logs.
The candidate must receive and issue payments.
The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
The candidate must calculate billing charges.
The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements The candidate should be fluent in English language.
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.
