We are a busy professional family (Healthcare & Tech) with a sweet 1 year old son. We value a home that is organized, proactive, and happy. We are looking for a reliable person to join our household and help us manage the busy afternoon-to-evening transition.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who can balance engaging childcare with keeping our home running smoothly:

- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Childcare): Your focus is 100% on our son—playing, naps, and feeding.
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Household Support): We take over childcare so you can focus on a "daily reset." This includes simple meal prep, tidying baby areas, and light housekeeping.

The Schedule:

- Core hours are 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM. Approximately 3-4 times per month, we require coverage until 8:30 PM. We provide our schedule months in advance to help you plan
- Flexibility: Potential to expand to full time hours

Standard Requirements

1. Vulnerable Sector Police Check (VSC)



(within the last 6 months or willing to obtain).
2. Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (must include infant-specific training).
3. References from past childcare or household roles.

Logistics & Pay:

Rate: $22 /hour (negotiable based on experience).

Commute:
We live near Markham GO and Cornell Terminal. We can provide station pick-up and drop-off for every shift—including late nights—to ensure you catch your connection safely.

Ample parking in our driveway if you are driving
