We're hiring one part-time barista for a minimum of 12 hours and 3 shifts per week. This position earns a guaranteed minimum of $20.50 per hour for every hour worked and requires weekend morning and afternoon availability.

What you'll do:

- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea and other menu items to our standards
- Provide friendly, effective service
- Learn our coffee, recipes and preparation methods
- Keep workspaces clean, stocked and ready for service
- Work as part of a team during some very busy shifts
- Help with opening, closing and other daily café responsibilities

What we offer:

- $20.50/hour guaranteed minimum compensation for every hour worked
- If wages + tips don't reach $20.50/hour, Nowhere makes up the difference
- When wages + tips exceed $20.50/hour, you earn more
