What You’ll Do

As a Decal & Merchandise Labourer, you will support the decals and printing process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with printing decals, stickers, apparel, and merchandise

Operating and supporting printing equipment and production tools

Preparing materials for production, including vinyl, transfer media, garments, and other merchandise

Weeding, trimming, finishing, packaging, and quality-checking printed products

Following job specifications and production instructions carefully

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Helping meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Supporting other production-related tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous printing, signage, vinyl, apparel, merchandise, or production experience is an asset, but not required

Solid attention to detail and quality

Good hand-eye coordination

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Able to lift materials and merchandise as needed A positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
