Requirements The Director of Art and AI Integration is responsible for developing and executing compelling creative concepts that communicate our clients’ messages and strengthen their brand identities.

Working closely with the Creative Director and broader agency team, this role provides art direction, supports the presentation and refinement of creative concepts, and ensures work is strategically aligned, visually cohesive, and executed to a high standard.

The Director will also lead the thoughtful use of AI within the creative team. This role is not about automating creative work. It is about using technology to improve research, workflows, file management, project administration, and other supporting processes, giving our team more time to focus on creativity, ideas, strategy, design, storytelling, and craft.

Location

This role is open to applicants residing near our Fredericton or Saint John offices. We are also open to considering remote applicants.
