Description

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Labourer will be responsible for various tasks that support the overall operation of the production on shift.

Wage Rates:

Day Shift: $22.67/hour

Afternoon & Night Shift: $23.17/hour (includes $0.50/hour shift premium)

Work location: 303 Milo Rd, Wheatley, ON

Responsibilities

- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Removing products that do not meet quality specifications
- Following all food safety procedures and reporting any concerns
- Performing a variety of production-related tasks throughout the facility
- Working safely and following company health and safety policies
- Assisting with general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
- Supporting overall production operations to help the team succeed





Qualifications

- Manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset
- Ability and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a structured setting
- Willingness to work in various departments and take on different responsibilities
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
- Understanding of food safety practices or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
