We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Recent graduates welcome. If you're organized, eager to learn, and ready to support project execution from procurement to closeout, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

- Manage project documentation and communications across teams
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Support project budgets and financial tracking in Procore
- Assist with site reviews to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Help with risk management and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear communication
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with building codes
- Support the team in obtaining permits and meeting legal requirements

What You Bring

- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)




- Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have (but not required):

- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Co-op or internship experience in construction
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols
