We are a young family located in The Blue Mountains seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to join our family. Our top priority is the well-being, safety, and happiness of our two young boys (born May 2023 and July 2024).

I will be returning to work in August/September 2026, which would be the anticipated start date for full-time care. We are hoping to connect with the right candidate during the spring, allowing for a gradual transition and time for our children to build a relationship ahead of my return to work.

This may include occasional visits, short shifts, or trial days, depending on availability.

My husband and I both work in aviation, so our schedules are irregular and vary month to month. We are looking for a nanny who can help fill the gaps when we are both working away. Schedules would be provided mid-month for the following month (for example, September’s schedule would be shared around August 20th).

We are ideally seeking a local nanny who is comfortable with occasional overnight stays when both parents are flying, but part time live-in arrangements can also be considered. Hours are expected to average around 30-40 hours per week,



but often spread across fewer than five work days (this may sometimes include weekends).

Some weeks may be more or less busy.

Our children attend forest daycare twice a week, and we are a family that values outdoor time in all seasons. Daily outdoor play is significant to us. Responsibilities would also include meal preparation for the children and light household tidying related to their care.

Requirements:

- Proven experience caring for young children
- CPR & First Aid certified (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including occasional overnights
- References and vulnerable sector background check required

Compensation will be based on experience.
