My previous housecleaner of 20 years retired. I am looking for the right person to fill that position.

The position requires approximately 6 hr., every other week, preferably Thursdays, starting at 9:30. I am open to the occasional switching of a day to Wednesday or Friday if arranged ahead of time.

It is key that I have someone trustworthy and dependable, who takes pride in their work, someome whom I can count on to be there every two weeks, including December.

The rate of pay is $20/hr. for the first 3 to 4 visits, increasing to $25/hr. thereafter.

Tasks will include:

- vacuum wood and ceramic floors, area rugs, mats and stairway throughout the house
- washing floors in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, entrance way, 4 kitchen mats and a boot tray in winter
- polishing wood furniture throughout the house including cupboards, cabinets, tables, shelves and chairs
- clean shower stall including tile surfaces, glass and chrome
- damp wiping or vacuuming baseboards, doors, bookshelves, window ledges, picture frames, lamps and small decor items
- cleaning 4 windows, bathroom mirrors, all other mirrors.

Sweep outdoor entranceway, 4 stairs & landing

All supplies provided including cleaning products, cloths, mop and pail, broom, central vac as well as a Dyson upright vacuum.





TASKS NOT INCLUDED:

- kitchen counters, sink, appliances
- bathroom sinks, toilets and bathtub
