The ideal candidate must have experience with newborns, be trustworthy, and have a passion for childcare. Responsibilities include feeding, diaper changing, and engaging in developmental activities. Additionally, light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up the baby's room and doing the baby's laundry, will be required.
