Hello, I'm Nami, a homeowner in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I am currently looking to hire a diligent and reliable housekeeper to help maintain my home. This position offers $30 per hour for your services. Ideally I would like you to come in once a week (upto 3 hours max) but I'm happy to make adjustments based on what’s needed:

In an ideal world, I would have the below services:

- Weekly Main Bathroom Deep Clean (includes sweep mop)
- Weekly Powder Room general clean (not including sweep mop)
- Weekly kitchen deep clean (includes sweep mop, cleaning counters, deep cleaning the sink. Does not include fridge cleaning or loading/unloading dishwasher)
- Weekly vacuuming of carpeted areas (Section of the living room, the stairs and a section of the basement)
- Weekly sweeping and mopping of high-traffic areas (entryway, dining room, bedrooms, offices, hallway, TV room)
- Weekly dusting windows, window sills, surfaces, doorways, light fixtures, and room corners
- Weekly folding and putting laundry away

Monthly -

- Mop the basement




- Cleaning windows

Nice-to-have -

- Additional paid hours the day after I host people

I understand these duties may not fit into the weekly 3 hours so I'm happy to chat and adjust what works best. It's just me and my partner. He works from home and I mostly work at an office. We don't have children or pets but may adopt two cats next year.

Our house is about 2700 sq feet. I'll provide a detailed run-downs of how we like things done. I plan on buying a robot vacuums which may change how often we need sweeping/mopping.

I'd like to have a trial run for a month before fully committing to your services. After the first month we can readjust hours as well once we understand what works best.
