Full-Time Live-Out Nanny

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced live-out nanny to care for our two children, ages 1.5 years and 4.5 years. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys creating a safe and engaging environment, and can become a trusted part of our family's daily routine.

Position Details
Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (7 hours per day)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Location: Windemere, Edmonton

Qualifications

- Current Child CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certification
- Minimum 3 years of skilled, in-home nannying experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date vaccinations, including the annual influenza (flu) vaccine
- Excellent references
- Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, nurturing care for our 1.5-year-old and 4.5-year-old
- Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and creative activities
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children




- Manage diaper changes and support age-appropriate toileting routines
- Maintain consistent nap schedules
- Transport the children to activities and outings as appropriate
- Perform light housekeeping related to the children, including:
- Tidying play areas
- Washing children's dishes
- Cleaning up after meals and activities
- Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment that supports learning and development
