As we continue to grow, an opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Consultant) to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Milton, Brisbane.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition projects for both Scout Talent Group and client organisations.

Working within a collaborative team workplace, you will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across a variety of industries and occupations.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, position specifications, and recruitment objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment and candidate attraction strategies across a range of occupations and industries.
- Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including job advertisements, talent landing pages, and sourcing initiatives.
- Source and engage candidates through applicant tracking systems, talent pools, referrals, professional networks, social media platforms, and direct search activities.
- Screen, interview,



and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability against role requirements.
- Prepare candidate shortlists and provide recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide recruitment market insights, candidate availability information, salary benchmarking data, and hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilise recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, AI-enabled tools, and reporting platforms to support recruitment outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client organisations to deliver positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold Degree level or higher qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, together with at least 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, recruitment consulting, or a related field.

- Experience managing recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and engaging candidates.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional job advertisements and recruitment-related content.




- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and online recruitment platforms.
- A professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Previous experience within agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, executive search, workforce planning, or recruitment consulting environments will be highly regarded.

Remuneration and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive:

- Base annual salary of between $80,000 - $90,000 PLUS Super, depending on skills and experience
