TalentWorld is currently hiring a Hostfor our luxury client, where you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for every customer. As the first point of contact, you'll provide a warm, welcoming experience that embodies the prestige and elegance of the brand. Host Responsibilities:-

- Greet customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and skilled introduction to their visit.
- Provide personalized service to customers, making sure they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Offer refreshments and ensure their needs are met.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, answer customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Walk with customers around the dealership, provide information, and answer any questions they may have.
- Continuously check in with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience, and offer refreshments or amenities as needed.
- Use dealership systems to manage customer data, appointments, and service requests while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data privacy standards.
- Stay informed about the dealership's offerings, products, and services to assist customers with relevant information.
- Work closely with the sales, service, and management teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.





Host Qualifications:-

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, this is a bilingual role
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Comfortable using dealership systems, managing customer data, and understanding privacy and confidentiality practices.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accurate handling of customer inquiries and requests.
- Must maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance to reflect the dealership’s standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Employment Details:-

- Work Type: 1 year contract
- Salary: $21/hour
- Work Model: Onsite Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed.
