About the Role

- Position: Server (Full-Time / Part-Time)

- Location: El Pocho Antojitos Bar, 2 Follis Ave, Toronto, ON

- Compensation: Competitive pay + tips

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and drink

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

- Deliver orders promptly and check in on tables to ensure a excellent experience





- Handle payments accurately and process bills efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff during busy shifts

Requirements

- Previous serving experience required

- Friendly, personable, and outgoing attitude — you genuinely enjoy connecting with guests

- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Availability to work evenings/weekends

- Smart Serve certification required
