Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and OEM reportingAnalyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendationsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsLead and mentor the accounting team across multiple business unitsHelp lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesMonitor cash flow, treasury activities, and inventory financingSupport business startups, acquisitions, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop financial models, policies,



and standardized processesMaintain strong financial controls and accounting policiesOther duties as may be requiredWhat We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experiencePost-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldStrong leadership, financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning skillsAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience in automotive retail or multi-location organizations is considered a strong assetBusiness-minded, analytical, and committed to continuous improvementCompetitive salary range $125,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.We also offer:
