Become a 2nd Cook with LandSea, delivering exceptional meals in remote BC camps. This role focuses on food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork in a supportive setting. LandSea is looking for an experienced 2nd Cook to assist the 1st Cook at our camps in Lytton, BC. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, ideally in remote camp settings.

Responsibilities include all food prep, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting kitchen operations during long shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Set up and maintain salad and breakfast stations
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Report any food or equipment issues to the 1st Cook
- Assist with inventory and ordering tasks Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a 2nd Cook
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
