- MINIMUM 10 years experience
- Must have a valid "G" drivers license and transportation.
- Technician will be expected to oversee day to day operations on the shop floor, complete jobs in a timely manner, help and oversee apprentice(s) when help is needed, problem solve, and maintain a constant flow of vehicles in and out of the shop

-Must have own tools and be willing to purchase some tools to keep up with industry standard's and forever changing technology. -Must be able to perform basic job duties consisting of tires, alignments, brakes and front end, A/C and electrical diagnosis, check engine and ABS diagnosis, engine and transmission replacement, safety inspections, oil changes, ect.

-Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Must be able to navigate All data/Mitchell On demand, read wiring diagrams, and research TSB's or recalls to help with diagnosis of repair

-Must be able to use snap on scan tool and read live data parameters for diagnosis

Skills

- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Ability to follow instructions and learn recent skills quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision




- Good problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other technicians
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the automotive repair industry

Now hears the best part... Shop is three years old has been furnished with all new hoists and equipment. Our current hours are 7-3 MONDAY TO FRIDAY. NO WEEKENDS! Ample vacation time if needed and closed down for a week between Christmas and new years. We will supply uniforms and PAID LUNCH EVERY FRIDAY! We only quote needed repairs and advise the customer of future or suggested maintenance. We are a TEAM and FAMILY oriented shop and work together to solve problems and repairs.
