- Registered 3rd Year Apprentice Automotive Technician
- Dealership experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Team-oriented, coachable, and professional
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical systems, drivability issues, intermittent concerns)
- Identifies root cause issues—does not rely on unnecessary parts replacement
- Confident performing complex and internal repairs with minimal supervision
- Maintains high first-time fix accuracy
- Works with urgency while upholding quality and safety standards
- High productivity with efficient time management in a fast-paced workplace




- Performs thorough inspections; consistently identifies additional service opportunities
- Provides clear, detailed documentation and communicates effectively with advisors
- Understands impact on gross profit and CSI; actively supports both
- Keeps work area organized and ensures steady vehicle flow with minimal downtime
- Team-oriented; supports fellow technicians and contributes to overall shop performance
- Reliable and accountable; takes ownership of every repair order (RO)
- Experienced in advanced diagnostics with a strong electrical background
- OEM certifications or brand-specific experience preferred (not required)
