- Co. is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow an established territory across Central &
- Western Ontario. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, develop new business, and support funeral home clients through consultative selling, training, merchandising and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the assigned territory and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Present products, programs and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build lasting relationships using consultative selling, active listening and timely follow-up.
- Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
- Deliver product training and support merchandising and sales initiatives.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate effectively with corporate and field support teams.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and administrative records.
- Represent the company at regional and provincial industry events.

Qualifications

- At least three years of skilled sales, account management or funeral service industry experience.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 70% throughout the territory.
- Strong organizational, time-management,



communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and use Microsoft Office tools.
- Funeral service knowledge, a Licensed Funeral Director designation, established Ontario industry relationships or consultative sales experience are assets.
