Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using leading accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and PeopleSoft.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate financial records and facilitate smooth bookkeeping operations.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial statements and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Support payroll processing through systems like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and Workday by verifying employee hours and ensuring correct payments.
- Assist with account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning and reporting efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports on account activity, perform audits, and contribute to month-end closing procedures.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in financial transactions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent math skills combined with the ability to analyze complex financial data accurately.
- Experience in financial services or related industries is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
