In this position, you will be responsible for preparing corporate tax returns, personal tax returns, and some bookkeeping for our clients. The ideal candidate will need to have a home office, provide their own computer, internet access and printer. Can live anywhere in Canada.

Dedicated Bookkeeping Solutions’ main goal is to assemble a team to fulfill our client’s need for timely and accurate accounting records. To be a successful member of our team open communication, honesty, transparency is a must. It would be helpful to be tech savvy in that you can research issues that you may encounter like why QBO is having login issues by doing a Google search. Don’t be worried as you are not alone, your team will be there if you need anything.

Qualifications

· Positive attitude.

· Ability to work as a team as well as independently.

· Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Taxprep.





· High degree of organizational skills and accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products Excel and Word.

· Ability to identify and solve problems.

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Education/Experience

· Bachelor degree in Accounting (or related field)

· Previous exposure to financial statements and tax returns is required.

· Working towards CPA designation is an asset.

· At least 2 years experience in an accounting role preferably with a public accounting firm.
