Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored acupuncture treatment plans
- Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each session
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle adjustments, and complementary therapies to maximize healing outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports in accordance with medical terminology standards




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care strategies
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all treatment areas to prevent infections or complications
- Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and holistic health practices through ongoing career development

Experience

- Prior experience working in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital environment or similar healthcare facility
- Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care while managing multiple cases efficiently
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to holistic health and acupuncture treatments
- Familiarity with integrating traditional Chinese medicine principles into up-to-date healthcare practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients during their treatment journey

Pay: From $36.86 per hour
