About The Job The Administrative Assistant position is a supportive role in our office.



You would be responsible for managing and distributing information among your co-workers, answering phones, and doing other administrative work. This role is based out of our Victoria location and is not remote

Your Role Would Include

- In person and telephone correspondence with clients
- Reviewing client files and process payments
- Reviewing and prepare mail, parcels for shipping.
- Receiving and distributing mail.
- Maintaining office supplies
- ICBC batching and bank deposits.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Skills/Qualities:?

- High School graduate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Ability to answer phones, direct calls and interact with clients in person.
- Organized and can manage multiple tasks.
- Works well in a team-oriented, team-based environment.
- Willingness to learn and absorb new information quickly.
- Needs to be resourceful and work in a self-managed position.
- Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prioritize tasks, set and achieve goals, think logically in solving problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in both oral and written form.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 9 am to 5 pm
