We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Demonstrates professionalism and maintains strict confidentiality.

- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, invoices, statements, presentations, and other documents.
- Answer and direct telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide general information to clients and members of the public.
- Photocopy, scan, collate, file, and distribute documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, databases, and mailing lists.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices, bank deposits, and entering information into billing software.
- Sort, process, and verify receipts, orders, and related documentation.
- Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance or servicing of office equipment.
- Support team members in responding to client and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Administrative Professional diploma is preferred.
- Minimum three years of administrative experience.
- Experience in an accounting or professional services (asset).
Compensation & Perks:
- $50,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Two weeks of paid vacation, plus 12 rotating paid days.
