Aerospace Technician

We're looking for a skilled Aerospace Technician to join our growing Manufacturing team. If you enjoy precision work, thrive in a hands-on workplace, and take pride in producing high-quality aerospace components, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work alongside a team of highly skilled individuals in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
As an Aerospace Technician, you will:
- Form thin gauge metal through rolling, bending, stretching and shrinking to Military Standards
- Grind and buff thin gauge metals of .025 to .040 thickness
- Hand and drill press close tolerance holes in Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium, and Aluminum
- Rivet with different fasteners using rivet guns and bucking bars, hand squeeze guns, and floor squeezers in thin gauge metals .025 - .040
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, verniers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Manufacture components while maintaining tight tolerances and exceptional quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other related duties as required
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who has:
- Knowledge of aerospace blueprints, drawings, and industry terminology
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as shears, rollers, press brakes,
drills, and riveting equipment
- Strong knowledge of riveting and de-riveting techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Controlled Goods Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Precision Aerospace training or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working within an ISO-certified quality management system
