Role Overview As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will provide personalized consultations and advanced injectable treatments while delivering a thoughtful, high-touch client experience. You will collaborate with our team to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop customized, full-face treatment plans.
- Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other complementary aesthetic treatments.
- Deliver treatments with precision, safety,



and an emphasis on natural-looking results.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and clinical best practices.
- Stay current with evolving techniques and innovations through continuing education, conferences, and advanced training.
- Provide a warm, professional, and elevated client experience throughout every stage of the treatment journey.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the clinic by building and nurturing your client base through social media, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Active nursing license in Alberta in good standing with CARNA.
- Completion of recognized training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Must have 1–3 years experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, full-face balancing, advanced techniques, and complication management.
- Experience using electronic medical records (Jane App experience considered an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid client-centered approach.
- Comfortable maintaining a professional social media presence and contributing to clinic visibility
