Duties

- Manage transportation schedules using advanced systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and SyteLine to optimize freight routing and delivery timelines
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while maintaining accurate shipping & receiving records
- Utilize Digital waybill and other data entry tools to input shipment details, track freight status, and generate reports for analysis
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and clients via multi-line phone systems while demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Monitor supply chain activities within 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly




- Conduct analysis of freight data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or cost reductions
- Oversee shipping documentation, freight manifests, and related paperwork with precision to ensure compliance and accuracy

Experience

- Proven experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), Digital waybill or similar ERP platforms such as AS400 or Freight systems
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, including shipping & receiving procedures within a 3PL environment
- Excellent data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail is essential
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret freight data, identify trends, and support operational decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while maintaining transparent and courteous interaction
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight tracking, and supply chain coordination processes
- Prior experience in a dispatch or transportation coordination role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
