AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular client engagement. The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and be comfortable traveling to client locations as business needs require. As an AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution, you will design and execute change programs that enable organizations to adopt AI tools.

Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement.

- Proven Microsoft Copilot knowledge credentials or equivalent.
- Experience leading use case identification and business case development for emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers.
- Solid understanding of AI and productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies.
- Experience with adoption and change management frameworks (Prosci, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high‑risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction around Data and AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities - Work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.

- Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it, focusing on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.




- Play a key role in Avanade’s sales process with responsibility for shaping high‑level solution designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals.
- Engage in early conversations with clients and sales teams, support origination and deal qualification activities, and become a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and represent solutions in Deal Reviews and play an active role in orals, client presentations, and negotiation discussions with key client stakeholders.
- Complete pricing activities using standard solution architecture processes, estimating methods, and modelling tools to drive quality and consistency.
- Ensure solutions are both deliverable and commercially viable while identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks.
- Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executives, customers, sales teams, and wider technical audiences.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to technical teams and support the growth of Avanade’s AI and Data community.
- Apply expertise in technical and consulting knowledge to advise clients on proper governance, ensure stability, and support changing business needs.
- Participate in design, planning and implementation of Azure solutions at customers, deploying with Infrastructure as Code.
- Deploy and architect Azure solutions across the Azure platform for major enterprise projects.
- Apply knowledge of latest Azure Infrastructure technologies (Open Source on Azure, Kubernetes, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Frontdoor, Azure Migrate) and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline).
- Solve complex technical challenges with infrastructure solutions (cloud and on‑premises, platform migration, system security, enterprise directories, cloud technologies), automation, scripting and DevOps.
