Fully remote- PST hours

This role will lead our Agentic Squad, with primary focus on driving our iPaaS RFP and implementation, as well as an agentic discovery POC with a third-party partner. The team will also have a BSA & developer. I’m looking to hire someone for 6 months with a possible extension if performance is robust.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology RFP from scoping through vendor selection and implementation
- Manage a portfolio of agentic projects using agile methodology
- Define clear timelines, project plans, and success criteria
- Manage vendor demos, NDAs, and other RFP-related processes

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience leading large-scale,



cross-functional tech RFPs and implementation projects
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional programs
- Background managing a portfolio of projects in an agile environment
- Product or project management background with a technical foundation
- Ecommerce and/or agentic AI experience is a plus
