AI Quality Engineer – Guidewire

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Quality Engineer (AI QE) with robust Guidewire and Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain experience to support quality engineering, test automation, and AI-enabled testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter, along with strong automation, API, database, and CI/CD skills. Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-assisted testing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test strategies for Guidewire applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and/or Python.
- Test Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.




- Perform REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Validate backend data using SQL and database queries.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Leverage AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to use AI for test generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot failures, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
