The AI Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing the technical architecture for AI enabled solutions across the program, with a focus on practical delivery value rather than theoretical experimentation.

Working closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, DevSecOps, and the AI Governance & Delivery Lead, this role defines AI reference patterns, tooling choices, and implementation guardrails for the delivery organization.

This role is part of an AI first software engineering organization where Artificial Intelligence is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience leveraging AI to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes using modern AI assisted development practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Design and govern the technical architecture for AI enabled solutions across the program.

. Define AI reference architectures, reusable patterns, and implementation guardrails for delivery teams.

. Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, models, tooling, and integration patterns that support enterprise delivery.

. Support implementation of AI SDLC practices and BMAD within engineering teams.

. Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into delivery ecosystems.

. Define patterns for prompt management, AI assisted automation, and AI enabled developer productivity.

. Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.

. Support technical design reviews and mentoring for AI related solution decisions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. 10+ years of experience designing enterprise software solutions and application architectures.

.



5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in complex environments.

. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI enabled enterprise solutions.

. Strong experience with AI enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) practices.

. Hands on experience implementing the Business Model Assisted Development (BMAD) framework or similar AI native delivery method.

. Experience designing cloud native architectures using Microsoft Azure or another leading public cloud platform.

. Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, microservices, event driven architectures, and distributed systems.

. Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, secure software engineering, and modern architecture principles.

. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience designing enterprise AI platforms or AI Centres of Excellence.

. Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering.

. Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software engineering environments.

. Azure AI, Cloud, or Architecture certifications.

. TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

. Experience within highly regulated industries.
