Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and contemporary software engineering practices. This role requires technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

Design and develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar models.

Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.

Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Optimize AI model performance, latency, accuracy, and cost.





Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish development best practices.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

10+ years of software engineering experience.

4+ years of hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI experience.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral).

Experience with RAG architecture and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, Milvus).

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent development.

Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
