Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and AI application development, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/LLM solutions across enterprise projects.
- Design and optimize scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop and integrate AI applications using LangChain, LLM frameworks, and Python.
- Evaluate and implement LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Define best practices for LLM application development, RAG architecture, evaluation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Mentor developers and guide teams in adopting Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.




- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
- Troubleshoot performance, accuracy, latency, and scalability challenges in AI applications.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and LangChain.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale RAG pipelines and LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong software engineering, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, function calling, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
