Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Conversational AI and Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in AI platforms, cloud technologies, conversational AI architecture, and enterprise integrations while providing technical leadership across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and implementation of Conversational AI solutions.
- Design scalable Contact Center AI platforms.
- Define technical architecture and integration strategies.
- Guide development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects.
- Ensure scalability,



security, and high availability.
- Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews.
- Drive AI innovation and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of Contact Center and Conversational AI architecture experience.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience leading enterprise AI projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Generative AI and LLM experience.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Contact Center technologies.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
