In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining short-term rental properties to the highest standards. Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Inspect each property for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and windows are cleaned to enhance visual appeal.
- Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Manage time efficiently to prepare multiple properties within scheduled turnaround times.




- Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning status or special requests.

Experience

- Prior experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no aspect of the property is overlooked.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or furniture.
- Excellent communication skills for explicit reporting of issues or updates related to the properties.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
