Job Role: Amazon Connect IVR Developer

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect IVR Developer to design, develop, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable IVR applications, call routing strategies, voice self-service solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement IVR and call flow solutions using Amazon Connect.

Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts, and agent experiences.

Develop integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.





Build conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities.

Implement customer authentication, self-service, call routing, and workflow automation.

Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot IVR issues, optimize call flows, and improve customer experience.

Develop reusable components, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Support production releases, incident resolution, and platform enhancements.
