The Animal Hospital of Port Credit is looking to hire an experienced and reliable part time Veterinary Technician/Assistant for our small but busy clinic.

The candidate must have excellent client communication skills and possess a friendly, positive attitude. They must be efficient, organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have outstanding communication skills and offer fantastic client service.

Previous veterinary hospital reception experience is required.

Areas of focus include but not limited to:

Technical duties (anesthesia monitoring, blood collection, IV placement, x-rays)

Assisting the Veterinarian

Answering phones booking appointments and processing transactions.

Supporting the team

Client callbacks

Educating clients

Keeping the clinic clean and in order





Assisting with appointments/surgeries

Daily cleaning
