We are looking for an experienced

Appian Developer to design, develop, and support business applications using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with

Appian Workflow, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), RPA, and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement

Appian workflows, applications, and business process solutions

.

- Configure Appian interfaces, process models, integrations, and business rules.

- Work with

IDP solutions to automate document processing and data extraction.

- Integrate

RPA bots with Appian workflows to automate manual business processes.

- Leverage

AI capabilities to enhance workflow automation and decision-making.

- Integrate Appian with external systems using APIs and web services.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Appian applications.





- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with

Appian Development and Appian Workflow

.

- Experience with

Appian Process Models, SAIL, Interfaces, and Rules

.

- Knowledge of

IDP / Intelligent Document Processing

.

- Experience integrating

RPA solutions with workflow applications.

- Exposure to

AI/GenAI concepts and AI-enabled automation.

- Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

.

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

Appian certification and experience working in Agile development environments.
