Job Summary:

Seeking a senior technology leader with 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Application Delivery, IT Operations, Business Architecture, and enterprise governance . The role will lead release planning, production/RUN operations, cyber risk governance, Guidewire strategy, architecture, and stakeholder management across a complex application portfolio.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years in Release Management / IT Operations / Application Delivery / Technology Leadership
- Strong Release Management, Deployment & Go-Live experience
- Application Portfolio & Production/RUN Operations
- Guidewire / Insurance platforms – PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter
- Cyber Risk Assessment (CRA), Security Governance & Compliance
- Strong Business Architecture, Blueprinting & Strategic Planning
- SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, CI/CD & ITIL
- Enterprise Architecture, Integration & Legacy Modernization
- Solid Stakeholder & Executive Management skills
- Experience with Canada/US enterprise environments
- Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Office

Nice to Have: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe, Guidewire, TOGAF certifications.
