We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our support and inventory tool.

You will be responsible for resolving complex issues that have challenged our Level 1 support team, and will be part of a rotating team to provide after-hours support when needed. - Be the expert advisor/point of contact for everything related to the XMSPRO suite (syndication and data transfer) at 360.Agency
- Be familiar with all of our different XMSPRO suite platforms (Syndication and Data Transfer).
- Review the various escalated tickets related to websites in order to document them and direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Be the point of contact for discussions surrounding XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer).
- Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team,



while ensuring product quality after patches are deployed.
- Work closely with our product support advisors and our customers as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions.
- Support our installation team in setting up new XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software in order to provide independent support.
- Document interactions in the Jira tool.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry or equivalent experience
- Valuable knowledge of accounting related to automotive sales
- Understanding of the sales process in a dealership
- Understanding of the concepts surrounding inventory management
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical, who likes to get to the bottom of things
- Passionate about process
- Autonomous, eager to learn!
- Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills / discipline
- Very comfortable with IT tools
