Location: Toronto, ON (ONSITE)

Duration: 7+ Months** Client: Public Sector **

Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide application and production support to internal teams and external clients.
- Manage JIRA/eSMT incident tickets , including prioritization, escalation, resolution, and closure within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, access, and production issues and coordinate resolution with technical stakeholders.
- Support ITIL processes including incident, change, deployment, release, upgrades, and application support.
- Coordinate with Project/Product Managers to track project deliverables, risks, issues, budgets, timelines, and status updates.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, user guides, and knowledge-base materials .
- Support JIRA/DevOps/Power BI dashboards for sprint performance, velocity, financials, and project metrics.
- Assist with end-user training, presentations, meetings, onboarding/offboarding, and client relationship management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet Public Sector standards .

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years in application support/project coordination.
- Strong JIRA/eSMT incident management and SLA experience.




- Strong ITIL knowledge: Incident, Change, Deployment, Release & Support.
- Application troubleshooting and issue-resolution experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with JIRA, DevOps and/or Power BI dashboards .
