Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Operations.

- Robust hands-on experience with Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.

- Strong experience with OpenShift (OCP) deployments, pod/container troubleshooting, scaling, monitoring, and administration.

- Strong PostgreSQL experience SQL troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup/recovery validation, and connectivity issues.

- Experience with L2/L3 production support, incident/problem/change management, RCA, and major incident handling.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability.

- Experience with automation/scripting using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Shell.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Have

- Banking/financial services experience.

- CI/CD and DevOps experience.

- Cloud/hybrid cloud and cloud-native technologies.

- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus.

- Knowledge of ITIL, SLI, SLO, and SRE principles.

- OpenShift, Linux, PostgreSQL, Cloud, or DevOps certifications.
