Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a driven Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for outbound calls setting appointments to warm leads who have opted into our clients' funnels to schedule calls and immediately follow up with inbound leads. This is NOT cold calling. Your job is to fill calendars with qualified conversations for high-growth B2B tech companies.

SPEED TO LEAD is critical in this role.

You will maintain explicit records of these activities in the CRM system, as well as calling and engaging with prospective leads to qualify.

Requirements





- 1–2+ years experience in appointment setting, lead gen, or outbound sales
- Proven track record of prospecting, setting appointments, and hitting a high booked-call rate
- Calm, professional voice with strong verbal and written communication
- Experience following up persistently across phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Tech-savvy — familiar with tools like Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Calendly, CRM systems, and Sales Navigator
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and motivated by earning
- Previous experience in B2B technology sales is a plus

Pay:

- Fixed monthly base of $2,500
- Performance commission of $3,500+
- $6,000-$9,000 monthly CAD
