About the role
NX Century is growing its sales team and looking for appointment setters who can start real conversations and turn them into booked meetings. You'll be the first point of contact between us and prospective clients, reaching out, opening conversations, and booking qualified meetings that our closing team runs. You focus on setting the meeting; we handle the close.
This is a excellent fit if you're hungry, coachable, and want uncapped earning potential based on what you produce.
What you'll do
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, DMs, and email
- Start genuine conversations and spark interest in our content and marketing services
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the closing team
- Follow up consistently with leads and keep your pipeline organized
- Log your outreach and booked meetings in our tracker
What we're looking for
- Strong, resilient communication skills; you don't get rattled by a "no"
- Confidence on the phone and over text
- Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred (B2B is a plus)
- Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to make calls
Compensation Commission-based with performance bonuses and real earning potential. Full details will be discussed during the interview.
