We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry trade while working under the guidance of skilled professionals. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will assist in various construction tasks, learn essential skills, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist experienced carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Help with the interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Participate in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed on job sites.
- Support tasks such as caulking, installation of fixtures, and basic electrical work under supervision.
- Engage in masonry work when required, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Learn construction estimating techniques to assist in project planning.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and techniques is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading to understand project specifications.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Skills in caulking, installation, and construction painting are advantageous.
- Understanding of electrical systems is a plus for diverse project involvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to masonry and other construction trades.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
