Spider Electric is currently hiring 1st to 4th year apprentices and journeyman for long term commercial projects in Edmonton. Spider offers competitive wages along with an Open Circle benefits plan.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior electricians with installing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to project plans and schematics

- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform basic electrical tasks

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support installation and maintenance activities

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications





- Prior experience or familiarity with commercial electrician work is a plus but not required

- Basic electrical experience or coursework related to electrical systems is preferred

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading

- Knowledge of low voltage systems and construction environments is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately

- Willingness to learn quickly in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining safety standards

- Reliability is extremely important

Pay: $20.50-$41.00 per hour
