Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is seeking Apprentice Pipefitters or Plumbers for projects in the Durham and GTA east areas. This is a great opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project with one of Canada's Best Managed Companies and be part of a dynamic, industry-leading team!
Responsibilities/Qualifications: We are looking for construction tradespersons who have experience with: Registered Apprentice (1st to 5th year)
Hydrotesting
Preferable Telehandler ticket
Knowledge of Bolt Up, Fastening of Steel and Steel Members
Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
Experience with Process Piping & Equipment Install
Experience with compressed air piping and process hot/cold water piping systems
Establishing control points with accuracy
Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware
Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy
Rigging and installing equipment
Mechanical bolt-up
Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset
Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
