We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves working closely with children, parents, and staff to support the developmental needs of each child while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate creative lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Create a secure, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the principal .
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices in early childhood education.

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.

- Strong time and class management skills to effectively plan and execute activities.
- Arabic as a first language is a must.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
