Become Executive Director of Artists for Peace and Justice, directing fundraising and operations focused on education for youth in Haiti. Lead transformative initiatives with a dedicated team and community partners. This pivotal position oversees all aspects of APJ Canada’s efforts to support education in impoverished communities.

Reporting to both the Chairperson of the Canadian Board and the President of the US Board, you will ensure successful fundraising strategies and governance practices are in place to support the mission of APJ. This full-time role may require flexibility in hours. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement fundraising strategies with measurable goals
- Lead grant writing and manage fundraising activities




- Foster relationships with major donors and stakeholders
- Organize key events such as the APJ Gala in Toronto
- Oversee operational tasks and digital strategies Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
- Demonstrated success in raising $1M or more
- Proficient in managing donor relations and projects
- Understanding of nonprofit financial practices
